Virtual Class – Doing More Business with Multicultural Clients
November 4 @ 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Surveys shows that minorities are generally more positive about owning a home than the general population. Over one-third of all people in America are minorities and by 2045 they will be the majority. Whether you are a residential or commercial real estate professional these could be your clients if you know how to work with Hispanics, African Americans, Asians, Middle Easterners and others.
Would knowing the following increase your sales?
- Building instant rapport with multicultural clients.
- How cultural beliefs can impact a real estate transaction.
- Obtaining referrals from multicultural clients.
- How to detect buying signs in people who show no body language.
